I’m looking out over Cabo San Lucas, watching people water- and jet-ski while the radio tells me that Christmas Bells Are Ringing.  It is an odd juxtaposition.

I’m realizing that loved ones really are important at Christmastime, even though I’m excited to see Santa pull up to the ship in a boat today.  Why doesn’t he just land his sleigh on up top, you ask?  Yes, I asked that as well.  The story goes that there is no good landing strip on the ship so he’s parking the sleigh at the marina and coming to the ship by tender boat.
