Orange is the hot color of the season. I am even going to change the background of this website to reflect that fact.

Once upon a time, I had this orange t-shirt. Noting printed on it, just a bright orange t-shirt. It made people crazy for some reason. I even got a lot of compliments because apparently it is hard to rock orange but I did it with flair and gusto. I liked to wear it with this particular pair of black jeans (back when I used to own jeans) and it made a snazzy look.

Anyway, there was this wanna-be Nazi in my grade who had a hate-on for me because he was a white supremicist and I liked Public Enemy. So when he saw me in the orange t-shirt, I could see him struggle to come up with a line and the best he was able to do was “so what are you, a fuckin’ pumpkin???”

Sean, you don’t even have a pair of “fuck-off-around-the-house-jeans”?

Nope. I have a pair of ‘fuck off around the house trousers’ that are only those because I don’t like the way they fit enough to wear them as full rotation trousers. And a pair of pants that are bummy ones just because they’re skinny leg pants and I don’t do skinny leg pants. I got them thinking I could work with them but I can’t.

That’s the best Sean Ward hair ever. I hope that t-shirt has armpit sweat stains!

I didn’t say orange was the color of the fall, just the hot color of the season. It could be spring right now and orange would still be the hot color. But clear skies and coffee, that’s two great tastes that go great together.
