TIMA TIME!!! TIMA TIME!!!

Toronto Independent Music Awards 2008.

Last night was huge. Great fun. I loved it. But apparently you didn’t need to see my introduction, nor any photos of me from the night, based on what I found later on my camera when I got it back from the person who I put in charge of getting video of my introduction, and photos from the night. But I’ll be damned if I’m going to let my special TIMA rap go to waste so have a listen:

Notice that the walls are painted camouflage? The bathroom is hiding! (I didn’t make that up. That was Zaira’s joke)

So they didn’t get photos or video of me, but they sure got a hell of a lot of pictures of Sadie May Crash winning Best Indie Rock! Here’s a couple.

The event pretty much turned into a Sean Ward Show takeover. Zaira and Mars got to present awards, and Zaira’s sister Tish was in charge of the door. We thought for a minute about sending a ‘password’ to everyone in our phones, but thought better of that.
