My last couple of weeks have been all about spreadsheets and Word documents, planning and meetings and blah blah blah. But I’ve still found a little bit of time for fun!

I have acquired such a taste for travel the last year. I can’t imagine staying in one place for very long any more. I love taking the long way, getting where you’re going by some round-about route that leads you along streets you’ve never walked before. Or better yet, heading out with no destination in mind at all, just wandering off to see what you see.

    San Francisco is packed with that sort of stuff. It is a visual wonderland in many parts the city. And I haven't even ventured out all that far yet!

    How about the cartoon bear and chicken? That's just the wall on the side of the convenience store!

    Hell yeah! it was some street festival and I couldn't tell what it was about because it was just the most random collection of booths – a barbecue stand next to H&R Block next to a guy selling bootleg DVDs – and there were no signs saying anything about what was going on.
