The Sean Ward Electric Comics Freak-Out! 2

The Sean Ward Electric Comics Freak-Out! 2
February 2004

I know that it’s time to make a new comic book when I notice that I’m having the same conversation over and over with different people, or when the same situation keeps recurring with different people involved. That was the case with this comic book. I was just starting to learn about the connection between time and value, and I got mad at a couple of people who had caused me to spend a lot of time on something that wasn’t a part of my vision and then didn’t come correct with the compensation. But my conflict resolution skills were shit so instead of talking to these people about how I felt, I made a comic book about them. I still think that the fact that both people thought that the one antagonist in this book was him is a testament to how good it is. And in my defense, I will state that I deliberately tried to make myself look bad so as to acknowledge my part in all of this. Remember those two ladies I mentioned in the Mr. Lollipop history? They’re Sarah Q and Kaydi P, and as a pair they were my muse. By this point they were so pivotal to what I was doing that they’re co-starring in this book with me.
